Delete your Free Online Quizzes account

You can permanently remove your account and associated data at any time.

Delete from the mobile app

1. Open Free Online Quizzes and select You.
2. Sign in to the account you want to remove.
3. Select Delete account, confirm the warning and sign in again when asked.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the email address used for your account with the subject “Free Online Quizzes account deletion”. We will verify the request before deleting the account.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, leaderboard username, aggregate scores and multiplayer records linked to your account are deleted. Your identifier is anonymised in shared room records that must remain for other players.

Timing and exceptions

In-app deletion begins immediately. Verified email requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible. Limited backup or security-log copies may remain temporarily or where retention is required by law.
