Work from wherever you are. We are spread across time zones already and organise around written communication rather than meetings.

A very small team

You would be one of the first hires. That means real ownership, direct access to the founder, and decisions that take a conversation rather than a quarter.

Ship every week

There is no release train. Something you finish on Tuesday is live on Tuesday, and you will see what the players make of it by Thursday.

Millions of quiz questions in 38 languages, played by people who want to know things. It is a pleasant thing to spend your working hours on.

How hiring works

  1. Email us with a CV or profile link and a few lines on why this role. No cover letter required, no application system.
  2. A 30-minute video call with the founder, within a week of hearing from you.
  3. A short paid exercise on a real problem from the backlog — a few hours, at your own pace.
  4. One more conversation to go through your work together, then an offer. The whole thing takes two to three weeks.
